Gabriel grew up in Southern California and went on to graduate from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. While in University he met his wife who is an Arizona native from a dairy and farming family in Buckeye. It was this that drew Gabriel to Arizona in 2011. After spending time at a nationally renowned  Architecture/Engineering firm in Phoenix and then as Principal Engineer at a local consulting firm, Millican Engineering opened in 2016. When not in the office, Gabriel spends his time with his two daughters and son.

Millican Engineering has an expertise in a wide array of project types: Industrial, Healthcare, Food service, Hospitality, Commercial, and Custom Residential. Gabriel is one of a handful of engineers in Arizona to become certified by ASHRAE as a Healthcare Facility Design Professional (HFDP), validating his years of healthcare experience. In 2009 he obtained his LEED AP certification and has sense been involved with over a dozen LEED certified projects.
